FIRST RESPONSE tactical FIREFIGHTING
- Upon subscription clients are provided with exclusive access to our first response member app and emergency line
- Subscribing members are thereby given access to our expert crew and highly skilled tactical firefighters via both platforms, linked to our watchroom and monitored 24 hours a day
- Utilising either of these platforms to report a fire ensures the client has direct contact with our crew and allows for immediate dispatch to the reported incident
- Vehicles are dispatched and turning the key within 60 seconds (90 seconds at night) of first receiving the report, a priority service only accessible to subscribing members.
- With 24 hour availability from any of our centrally located stations, our vehicles and crew are on standby to assist you

HOW IT WORKS
Subscribed members are provided with licensed access to our first response app and emergency line.
In the event of a fire, clients press FIRE or SOS on our app which will send the notification through to our entire crew of Officers and Firefighters.
Our watchroom immediately responds to the client and the Officer dispatches operational vehicles from the nearest Patch.
Vehicles are dispatched within 60 seconds of FIRE OPS SA receiving the first report (90 seconds at night)
Responding vehicles are followed by additional larger support vehicles depending on the nature or extent of the fire.
Vehicles and crew will be in attendance within 10 minutes of the initial fire report.
Our Incident Commander will be on site for the duration of the fire to manage the fire ground, co-ordinating crews and vehicles for the duration of the incident with our off-site Operator.
