Description
Upon purchase, the subscriber is provided with a first response service and given access to our 24-hour emergency line and first response app.
When a fire is attended to by our crew, FIRE OPS SA invoices the subscriber for resources utilised on site, the subscriber is then required to forward the invoice to the insurer.
FIRE OPS SA endeavours to act in the best interest of the subscriber at all times.
Our service offering is currently available to residential properties in the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan

Terms & Conditions
SUBSCRIBING PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED
The property owner is responsible for covering all firefighting expenses. The bill should be passed on to the insurer as soon as possible.
Membership is intended to guarantee that FIRE OPS SA will give preferential service to the subscribing member.
MEDICAL TRAUMA EXCLUDED
FIRE OPS SA takes no responsibility for medical or trauma-medical incidents, although it will perform a duty to assist anyone who needs it to prevent loss of limb or life. The paying member needs to pre-arrange membership of a private ambulance service for this function. This additional service may be discussed with FIRE OPS SA directly at info@fireopssa.co.za.
