We confirm activation of your first response subscription for the location you have provided in the form.
As a priority member of our service, you have been given exclusive access to our unique member App and 24 hour emergency line.
Please Note The Following –
- Loading our app is simple – instructions to assist you in downloading the app via the App Store (Apple Smart Phone) or Play Store (Android) have been provided below
- Please do note that our App is only accessible on the South African stores mentioned above, should you utilise either the UK or US platforms, we request that you switch over to the SA platform in order to access the App
3. All devices are compatible with our App, excluding older Huawei models (at this stage)
4. Instructions to register and set up the App, including the organisation code are provided below, should you experience issues loading or setting up the App, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@fireopssa.co.za and a representative will assist you.
5.Once you have set up the app, loaded your profile and registration is complete, please remember to select TEST (only run a TEST when you are at the registered property) – this links your device and contact number through to our watchroom and crew, when you select TEST, a few of our crew members will call the registered number to confirm all is in order and advise you that your TEST has been received successfully
6. At this point, this particular contact, profile and the co-ordinates of your location have been linked to our system and the listed subscription details
7. You may select TEST as often as you wish after set up – you may opt to do this weekly or monthly, our crew are on 24 hour standby to respond to all tests and calls
8. We suggest the app is loaded on all devices of staff who work or reside at the property and any emergency contacts for your property.
9. We request all members save the above mentioned emergency line on any devices linked to their particular address, this ensures direct contact with our watchroom and crew at all times.

Our emergency line receives the same response time as the App, members may notify our watch room via either platform (app or emergency line, whichever is preferred).
